for reasons connected with the provision of the service, Mobysign Limited (hereinafter referred as Mobysign) with its registered office in Parker House, Stafford Road, Wallington Surrey-SM69AA, Great Britain, processes the data supplied by you under the laws of Great Britain and in particular the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”), and within the European Union, the 2016/679 EU Regulation, known as GDPR (“General Data Protection Regulation”) in accordance with the local laws of your country.
Data Controller
Mobysign is the owner of your personal data processing which deals with extreme care and transparency towards you, protecting your privacy, full respect of your rights and ensuring that your personal data are treated in compliance with the regulations referred above. The processing involves any operation concerning, registration, processing, research, organization, archiving, consultation, use, correlation, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data, and their possible dissemination, under your explicit consent.
Data processed
Data processed may concern you as a natural and/or legal person and/or an entity, association, administration, company, private or public organization for which you work. Navigation data in an anonymous form on the www.mobysign.com website may be collected by third parties, such as Google Adwords services, which we may use if necessary to better understand the characteristics of users in statistical form. All data processed by us are available to the competent institutions on the matter, in compliance with current obligations.
Data required
The personal data you provide may be limited to the email address only; depending on the services you want to use, you can be requested to provide us with additional data. As a user of the Mobysign app you can, at every request that is always explicit, provide personal data. You will have the right to supply them or not. The absence of data necessary for the single operation causes the unavailability of the requested service.
Purpose of the treatment
Depending on the subset of data you wish to provide through your mobile account refrred to Mobysign app, in your related profiles and in the account link of the www.mobysign.com site, you will be able to use the corresponding Mobysign services, which are available with the types of data provided (payments , login, signatures of documents, provisions, invoices, shipments, cash withdrawals and others). The data that you will provide at contacts and support links of the same site will be used to respond to your request. You can also receive promotional information about Mobysign and communications in compliance with the legal obligations regarding our service
Duration of treatment
The data will be processed as long as necessary for the existing relationship; in the event of termination, the data will be kept in an encrypted form for the period of law during which you will be able to challenge any payments or transactions you have made with Mobysign. When this period expires, data will be deleted from the server.
Cookies

For the installation of technical cookies the prior consent of users is not required, but it is necessary to provide the information that Mobysign publishes to the link above. The user, as required by law, is adequately informed about the use of profiling cookies in order to express his/her consent.
Social Media
The site offers access to several “Social Media”, whose privacy policies must be published on their websites with responsibilities that are beyond those of Mobysign; furthermore, the processing of information provided by the user to social media is not under the control of Mobysign.
Method of treatment
Personal data will be processed electronically through the relevant databases to which the operators designated by the Data Controller as the Data Processor and the Trustees of personal data processing will have access to, for each interactive or automatic operation in compliance with the provisions of the law to the security, confidentiality, and correctness of the data, according to the stated purposes.
Types of data collected
The data are provided directly by you or, in any case, under your consent. In addition to your email address, you can also choose whether to provide us with your mobile phone number as your identifier or whether to receive a virtual phone number. Some business partners, always showing Mobysign logo, offer services you may want to use; they may require you to choose your mobile number. In this case, you can reconfigure the app to provide it, if the phone number was not already chosen as an identifier. For shipping, invoicing and digital identity services, some identification data (company name, name and surname, legal and shipping address, tax identification number, VAT number and additional data) may be requested. The services of our partners allow you to use Mobysign app, possibly requesting further registrations through the same app. These registrations require data provided to the user by our partners, in some cases through us. The data of each registration are segregated and confined to the services of the corresponding commercial partner that offers the specific service related to the single registration. Among our optional services, some allow payments through the virtualization of credit/debit cards or other payment methods; to use these services you will be asked to provide the details of at least one card or payment method. The card data are processed and stored according to the PCI standard for which Mobysign is certified. The data of other payment methods are processed in accordance with the relevant regulations. In general, data useful for the user’s recognition may be stored by Mobysign for the execution of the service.
Reasons for the provision of data
The data that we ask you are functional to the execution of services that need such information for the nature of the services themselves and their execution; therefore your refusal to supply them will make it impossible to enable them.
Data dissemination
Your data will be used exclusively in relation to the purpose of carrying out the services requested and any promotional material sent directly by Mobysign and the commercial partners that provide any service which show the Mobysign logo and which you have actually used. Each business partner will have useful data as available yet limited and only in relation to the execution of its services, following your confirmation by means of electronic signature on the data themselves operated with the Mobysign app. Such data may be communicated to external suppliers for the execution of these services, which will process your data in compliance with the above-mentioned regulations. They may also be provided to public adimistrations, competent authorities and regulatory entities in fulfillment of regulatory obligations, to law firms for the protection of contractual rights. The list of any external managers is available by contacting the Data Processor at the Company’s headquarters. It is our right to use certified acquirers to operate on national/international payment circuits and banks to process and store card details in our place, in full compliance with the law and the PCI standard. Through your confirmation and strong authentication on your Mobysign app, you will be able to transmit your card details or other payment methods that you will have previously registered through Mobysign; this transmission will be performed without having to re-enter the card or payment method details online or show any card in the shop; the data will be sent (after your strong authentication through Mobysign app) from our server to the server of the acquirer or bank or payment institution without sending the card data to the merchants for your further security; the data of each registered card or payment method will be usable with the Mobysign app in e-commerce websites, apps and stores that show the Mobysign logo and accept the type of card or payment method corresponding to the data provided. You will be able to use Mobysign on e-commerce websites, home-mobile banking websites, generic websites, in retail stores, for cash collection and any service where the Mobysign logo is shown (as found on www. mobysign.com).
Your validated email addresses with the appropriate procedure on Mobysign and any additional data that you have entered on Mobysign app also for creating your profiles can be sent to the websites or merchant systems that show the Mobysign logo, if strictly necessary for the execution of their services integrated with Mobysign, under your explicit confirmation that you must perform for each specific operation, such as login, payment, signing documents, shipping and billing. This will allow you not to type relevant data every time, but to let us transmit them to run the service. The data transferred from time to time will be those strictly necessary for the registration of the specific service, if you do not use the Mobysign app for the registration itself; the data necessary for each web service can be found on related information of the web service itself.
No sensitive data will be sent with respect to your payment methods to the commercial services affiliated with the Mobysign logo, with the exception of the use of gift cards or electronic virtual cards issued through Mobysign on behalf of the affiliated merchants.
Your explicit confirmation to the transfer of such data is operated with the Mobysign app through electronic signature on the data of the single operation; with this confirmation, you expressly agree to transmit such data to the Mobysign business partner from which you are requesting the service.
Interested Rights
Please also note that you have the right to prohibit, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data and, according to the procedures and within the limits of the current legislation, to request confirmation of the existence of personal data that concern you and know their origin, to receive communications, obtain information about the logic, the methods of processing and the purpose, to request updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, as well as, more generally, exercise all the rights that are recognized by the current provisions of law. You will therefore be able to exercise the rights provided by law, also for the purpose of unsubscribing from the newsletters and deleting your data within the newsletter services, by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of one of our newsletter emails received, or by typing on the browser the URL consisting of http://newsletter.mobysign.com/Unsubscribe/UnsubscribeServlet?email= followed without spaces by your email address on which you will replace the @ character with %40. For example, if your address is abc@gmail.com you will type http://newsletter.mobysign.com/Unsubscribe/UnsubscribeServlet?email=abc%40gmail.com

You may exercise the right to cancel the registration of the services of the app and the cancellation of your data that you provided for the connected services, at the following link https://ri.mobysign.com/account_disable.jsp
To do so, you must use credentials, such as your nickname and the account code, which you received at your email address as a result of your initial registration to the Mobysign services or to registrations to the services of our business partners. In this case, you will not be able any longer to use the services of the Mobysign app on your mobile device referred to the corresponding removed Mobysign account. The same procedure is also recommended in case of theft or loss of the mobile device, to block the use of your Mobysign account. In general, it is possible to have several Mobysign accounts at the same time, each linked to an instance of the Mobysign app on a different mobile device. In case of cancellation of a Mobysign account, you can still register again with a new Mobysign account, also on the same device.
If you wish to cancel the registration of your Mobysign account and the related data, but do not find the above credentials, you can write to privacy@mobysign.com from the email address to which the Mobysign account to be deleted refers, expressly indicating that you are not more in the availability of the aforementioned credentials, but that any way you intend to cancel the associated account and related data; depending on any identification data which were requested to obtain your registrations, further proof of identity may be required in order to proceed with the cancellation of your account and data.
Requests made not by the actual account holders or with incorrect data or information incomplete to the aim, whether or not such requests have caused verifications by Mobysign, may cause the applicants to incur legal proceedings to protect the rights of the real owners and/or Mobysign. Mobysign reserves the right to avoid the usage of the nickname canceled for further registrations.
